We win, eh

"I decided to break the rules today 'cause we celebratin'," says the old man, "and call you while I'm drivin' on the highway."
"Yeah?"
"Usain Bolt from Jamaica jus' won gold in the men 100 meters," he says. "Richard Thompson from Trinidad took silver and the U.S. came third."
"The roads empty, empty," he continues. "Everybody home watchin' Olympics."
"So de country shut down and everybody drinkin' yet?"
He laughs. "Nah, not yet. But later nuh."
He sounds so jolly when he rings off.
*Five minutes later*
"Aye," he says. "Did I tell you that two men from the Caribbean are the fastest men in the world?"
"Yeah, I think yuh did."
"Well they are. And did I mention the American took the bronze?"
"Yep, I think you told me that one too."
"What you doin'?"
"Well, Sara and I havin' brunch and I jus' realized my cable guy's a Trini so we limin'."
"Nice man, nice. Tell Sara they get bronze."
"OK, Dad."
"Well ah gone."
"OK. Bye, Dad. Love you. Drive safe."
"Love you too. babes. We win, eh!"
